If the item you purchased does not match, you may return the item to us in its original condition within 3 days of receiving your order.
Purchased goods must be returned to the original place of purchase, i.e. products purchased in-store can only be returned in-store with proof of purchase. The product must be in its original unused condition.
Returned items must be unused and in their original packaging, including any accessories and/or labels.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused. Folk Store reserves the right to refuse any returns. In some cases, you may be asked to include a video or photo of the damaged product as evidence to refund or replace the product.

- Number of orders
- Defective product videos or photos (if any)
- Full shipping address
- Call phone number
Processed refunds are completed within 3 business days. Refunds will be issued based on your original form of payment (Bank Transfer, debit card, etc.)
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products. For non-defective items, refunds do not include all shipping and handling charges, including return fees.
In order to maintain a quick turnaround on order processing and shipping, once an order is placed, it cannot be cancelled or amended.
Any unwanted items after your order has been placed must be returned for a refund (please see the “Refunds” section above). Please note that the cost of this return has to be paid by the customer, unless the item is faulty.
